AIP Selects eClinicalWorks EMR and Practice Management System
Arizona Integrated Physicians (AIP) is excited to announce that it has successfully concluded negotiations for a preferred pricing contract that includes significant discounts on behalf of our approximately 600 physicians for the eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management (PM) system.
“AIP enhances the viability and sustainability of area independent physicians,” said Keith Dines, CEO of Arizona Integrated Physicians. “As part of that objective, we sought an electronic health record vendor that would work closely with our physicians to ensure they have a system that will optimize their practices and improve quality of care. eClinicalWorks offers superior functionality for a wide-range of practices that is intuitive to use and provides innate interoperability. We found a partner with eClinicalWorks.”
AIP Support
AIP is fully committed to ensuring the successful adoption of the eClinicalWorks EMR/PM system by our physicians and will work directly with each practice and their assigned eClinicalWorks project manager and implementation team during all stages of the implementation process. Additionally, AIP will provide post-implementation assistance with workflow design, support and training. AIP can also help our physicians obtain discounted financing for the eClinicalWorks software, hardware and IT services.
Given that eClinicalWorks EMR/PM implementation is a 12-16 week process per practice, with numerous concurrent activities occurring, a coordinated AIP implementation process needs to occur. For more information, please contact Kelly Lynn, AIP’s Senior EMR Account Manager, by Phone: (623) 215-9437 or Email: klynn@azphysicians.org.
